Water Filtration Services in Carmel, IN

Fourteen distinct jobs, and the right one for your house depends entirely on what a test finds at your tap. Here is what each system does, where it belongs in the plumbing, and the problem it was built to solve.

  • Point-of-entry and point-of-use systems, quoted separately
  • Municipal supply and private well treated as different problems
  • Service and repair on units other companies installed

Before you pick one

Most homes here need one system, not four

The catalog below looks longer than the conversation usually is. On the municipal supply that runs through most of Carmel, the honest answer is often a correctly sized softener and, if the chlorine taste bothers you, a drinking-water filter at the kitchen sink. That is two line items, and plenty of houses only need the first.

Private wells in the rural stretches of Hamilton County are where the list gets longer, because iron, sulfur, sediment and hardness have to be handled in a particular order or the stages fight each other. If you are on a well, the well water treatment page explains that order before anything else.

Either way the first step is the same and it costs you nothing but an afternoon: we read your water, write the numbers down, and size from there.

What we install and service

Each page covers what the system physically does, what it cannot do, how the install goes, and what it will want from you afterwards.

01

Whole-House Water Filtration

Water arrives at the meter already carrying whatever the limestone gave it, and from there it travels to every fixture you own. A whole-home unit intercepts it at the main line, before any of it reaches the water heater or the upstairs baths.

02

Water Softener Installation

Scale does not appear overnight. It builds quietly inside the water heater, the dishwasher and the ice maker until something stops working, and an ion-exchange softener is the only piece of equipment that stops that process at the source.

Reverse Osmosis Systems

Where a cartridge filter strains particles and adsorbs tastes, a membrane works at a far finer scale and separates out dissolved material a cartridge cannot touch. That is what gives reverse osmosis water its clean, almost weightless character in the glass.

04

Under-Sink Drinking Water Filters

Not every kitchen needs a membrane, a storage tank and a drain line to get a good glass of water. A cartridge system tucked behind the cabinet door runs at full tap speed, wastes nothing, and keeps the mineral character the water already has.

05

Carbon Filtration Systems

Carbon works by adsorption rather than straining, holding chemical compounds on an enormous internal surface area as water passes through the bed. Give it enough contact time with the water and the chlorine taste simply stops arriving at the tap.

06

UV Water Purification

A lamp sealed inside a stainless chamber scrambles the DNA of organisms as they pass through, so nothing viable survives the trip into the house. It adds no taste and no chemistry, and it earns its keep only when the water arriving at it is already clear.

Salt-Free Water Conditioners

Rather than stripping minerals out, the media converts dissolved hardness into microscopic crystals that travel through the plumbing instead of bonding to it. Nothing is regenerated, nothing is discharged, and the water that reaches your glass still carries its minerals.

Well Water Filtration & Treatment

No two wells in this county read alike, so the equipment is chosen after the sampling rather than before it. Sediment, iron, hardness and bacteria each get their own stage, sequenced so that each one protects the next.

09

Sediment Filtration

Grit is the quiet destroyer of valves, aerators and filter media, and it is also the easiest problem in the house to solve. A flushable screen paired with correctly staged cartridges catches it at the point of entry, long before it reaches a faucet or a tank.

10

Iron & Sulfur Removal

Dissolved iron and hydrogen sulfide arrive invisible and only reveal themselves once air or heat reaches them. Oxidation converts both into solids the filter bed can capture, so the staining and the smell stop at the point of entry rather than at the sink.

Scale Prevention & Water Heater Protection

Hard water quietly coats heating elements, shower glass and fixtures until appliances give up years early. We measure what your water carries, then size a system that keeps the inside of your heater clean.

12

Commercial Water Filtration

Espresso machines, dish machines and ice makers scale up quickly on hardness borrowed from limestone. We read the incoming line, then build treatment around the equipment your business genuinely depends on.

Water Testing & Analysis

Every job here opens with a reading, because guessing at treatment is how people buy the wrong thing twice. A technician measures your water in front of you and explains what each result means for the house.

Water Filter Repair & Maintenance

A system that has quietly stopped working costs you precisely what no system at all would. We diagnose the failure, repair what is worth repairing, and tell you when a unit has reached its end.

How we quote

Three things that are true of every job on this list

Whatever system you end up with, these do not change.

The test comes before the quote

Nobody here will name a system before measuring hardness, iron, chlorine, pH and TDS at your own tap. The reading is yours to keep, and you are welcome to take it to somebody else.

The price is flat and itemized

You see what each stage costs on its own line, which means you can decline a stage and watch the total drop. The figure quoted on the counter is the figure on the invoice.

The handover is part of the job

Before we leave you will know where the bypass valve is, which cartridge the unit takes, how to add salt if it uses any, and roughly when the media will want attention.

Not sure which

Let the water pick the system

Tell us what you are noticing, whether it is scale on the glass, a smell in the morning, or orange marks in the laundry sink, and we will tell you which page on this list it points to. A technician is on (317) 622-4157.
