How to reach us
Contact details
One number, answered by people who can actually answer the question rather than take a message about it.
When we are working
Business hours
Installations are booked within these hours. Testing visits can sometimes be arranged early evening by request.
Messages left outside these hours are picked up the next working morning.
What happens when you call
Three steps, starting with a conversation
Nothing here involves a sales appointment dressed up as something else.
You describe what you are noticing
Scale on the glass, a smell first thing in the morning, orange marks in the laundry sink, a system that has stopped doing whatever it used to do. Two or three minutes on the phone usually narrows it to one or two likely causes, and tells us which test kits to load.
We book a reading on your next route day
Testing visits are batched by area, so we offer you a window on the day we are already in your part of the county. It takes about forty minutes at the house and you get the numbers on paper before the technician leaves.
You decide, in your own time
The quote that follows is flat and itemized and does not expire at the end of the visit. Plenty of people take the reading, think about it for a month, and call back. That is a completely normal way to do this.
Before you call
Questions about getting in touch
Five things people usually want to know first.
Is there a contact form or an email address?
No form, deliberately. Water problems are quicker to diagnose in conversation than in writing, because the useful questions depend on your answers. One call on (317) 622-4157 saves a chain of messages.
How quickly can somebody come out to test?
For addresses on our regular routes through Carmel, Westfield, Zionsville, Fishers and Noblesville it is usually within the same week. Outlying parts of the county depend on when we are next scheduled in that direction, which we can tell you on the call.
Does the water test cost anything?
The in-home reading of hardness, iron, chlorine, pH and TDS is part of how we quote, and the results are yours to keep regardless of what you decide afterwards. Where a field kit cannot answer the question we will say so and talk through certified lab options.
Can you help if my system was installed by someone else?
Usually, yes. Describe the tank, the control valve and anything printed on the label and we can often identify the unit over the phone, tell you which cartridge or media it takes, and say whether it is worth repairing.
Do you work outside Hamilton County?
We cover the northern edge of Marion County and parts of Boone County around Whitestown and Lebanon as a matter of course. Further out than that is worth asking about, because it depends on the week.

One call does it
Whether it is a first system, a replacement, or a cartridge you cannot identify, the same number reaches the people who can sort it. Dial (317) 622-4157 and tell us what the water is doing.
